1.Are you a factory or trading company ?
We are the factory to manufacture the swimming pool equipment, outdoor spa, sauna steam since 1999.
2.Can you arrange shipment for customer ?
Yes. If you don't have shipping agent, we will help you to contact transport company to arrange delivery.
3.What is your payment terms ?
30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment before delivery.
4.What kinds of payment do you accept ?
We accept : T/T, Western Union, Credit card.
5.What's your delivery time ?
If in stock, we will send out immediately after payment. If not, it will take about 3-15 working day which depend on quantity.
